Anne Kang, BC NDP MLA for Burnaby Centre, is dedicated to making life better for families by focusing on affordable housing and strong healthcare. She immigrated from Taiwan over 30 years ago and has been an active community volunteer since she was eight. Anne’s experience as a three-term Burnaby City Councillor and her roles as Minister of Municipal Affairs and Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Training show her commitment to public service.
As a former teacher and mother of two, Anne understands the importance of accessible child care and is a strong advocate for better schools and healthcare in Burnaby. Her dedication to the community earned her the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012.
Anne Kang is fighting for everyday people, making sure everyone in Burnaby Centre has the support they need to build a good life. She’s working with David Eby and the BC NDP to lower costs, improve healthcare, and ensure that regular people, not just those at the top, have a fair shot.
We’re building a BC where you don’t just get by, you get ahead — and we won’t stop until the job is done.
Love making phone calls and talking to people? Are your thumbs ready to text? Do you have a lawn that would look great with one of our signs? We’d love to hear from you.
Thanks for supporting Anne Kang and David Eby’s BC team. Let’s keep moving BC forward — for all of us.
